Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl, combine 3 tablespoons of melted butter with 2 cloves of minced garlic and a pinch of salt. Mix in 1 tablespoon of finely chopped parsley. Whisk gently and set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of sugar until combined. Create a well and add 3/4 cup of yogurt and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Mix until a soft, sticky dough forms.
- Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and gently knead for 2-3 minutes. Let the dough rest for 5 minutes.
- Divide the rested dough into 6-8 equal portions, rolling each into a ball. Flatten into rounds about 1/4 inch thick.
- Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (400°F). Lightly brush the basket with oil. Cook the flatbreads for 3-4 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove the flatbreads from the air fryer and brush them generously with the prepared garlic butter. Serve warm.

Notes
For best results, avoid overcrowding the air fryer and experiment with flavors by incorporating herbs or cheese into the dough.
