Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Core each apple, leaving about half an inch intact at the bottom. Arrange the apples upright in the baking dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled feta cheese, dried cranberries, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
  4. Stuff each cored apple with the feta mixture.
  5. Drizzle honey over each apple and add a small pat of butter if desired.
  6. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, then bake uncovered for an additional 5 to 10 minutes.
