Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare a greased baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  3. Combine Boursin cheese, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and half of your olive oil or melted butter in a medium bowl.
  4. Pat the salmon fillets dry, drizzle remaining olive oil or melted butter, and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
  5. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the prepared baking dish and spread the Boursin mixture over each fillet.
  6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Let the salmon rest for about 2 minutes, then garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
