- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine salt, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder to create the seasoning blend.
- Pat the chicken thighs dry and drizzle olive oil over them, then rub the seasoning blend evenly on both sides.
- Place the seasoned chicken thighs in a baking dish in a single layer.
- Brush BBQ sauce over each chicken thigh and save a little for basting.
- Bake the chicken thighs for approximately 35 minutes, basting with sauce halfway through.
- Check the internal temperature; it should reach 165°F (74°C).
- Let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
