Method
 

Preparation

  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until creamy.
  4. Flatten each dough ball, fill with cheese mixture, seal, and roll back into a ball.
  5. Form the balls into a Christmas tree shape on the baking sheet, leaving space for expansion.
  6. Brush the tops with beaten egg wash.
  7. Bake for about 18 minutes, or until golden brown and puffy.
  8. Remove from oven, sprinkle with parsley or Parmesan if desired, and serve with dipping sauce.
