Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather mini muffin tin and cooking brush.
  2. Brush both sides of wonton wrappers with melted butter and press into muffin tin.
  3. Bake the wonton cups for about 7 minutes until slightly crispy and golden brown.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, diced jalapeños, green onions, and ½ cup of cheddar.
  5. Fill each wonton cup with the cream cheese mixture after cooling slightly.
  6. Top with remaining ¼ cup of shredded cheddar cheese before baking again.
  7. Return to oven and bake for an additional 12–14 minutes until cheese is bubbling.
  8. Allow to cool for 3 minutes before serving warm.
