  • 1 tablespoon Ginger Fresh minced
  • 1 medium Green Bell Pepper Diced
  • 1 medium Carrot Sliced
For the Sauce Base
  • 1 cup Low-Sodium Chicken Broth Or vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar Optional
  • 2 tablespoons Oyster Sauce Ensure it's gluten-free if required

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the thinly sliced chicken breast with salt, Shaoxing wine, and cornstarch. Allow the mixture to sit for about 10 minutes.
  2. Heat peanut oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chopped onion and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
  3. Add minced ginger, diced green bell pepper, and sliced carrot. Sprinkle in the curry powder and turmeric, stirring well.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth along with sugar, salt, and oyster sauce. Stir together and bring to a boil.
  5. Lower the heat and add the marinated chicken to the skillet. Let it simmer for about 3-5 minutes until fully cooked.
  6. Transfer the Chinese Curry Chicken onto a serving plate and serve hot over steamed rice.
