  • Saucepan

  • milk frother
  • Mug

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions for Autumn Fog Tea Latte
  1. Start by boiling water until it reaches a rolling boil (about 212°F). Pour 1 cup of hot water into a mug and steep the Earl Grey tea bag for 3–5 minutes.
  2. In a small saucepan, pour in 1 cup of your chosen milk over medium heat and stir occasionally, heating until steaming but not boiling, around 5 minutes.
  3. Remove the saucepan from the heat and whisk in maple syrup, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves until fully combined.
  4. Once the tea has steeped to your liking, remove the tea bag and pour the steeped tea into a larger mug.
  5. Using a milk frother or whisk, froth the flavored milk until creamy and frothy for about 1-2 minutes.
  6. Slowly pour the frothed milk over the steeped tea, holding back the foam with a spoon for a layered appearance.
  7. Gently spoon some of the remaining foam onto the top of your latte for a delightful finish.
  8. For an extra touch, insert a cinnamon stick into your latte as a garnish.
