- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Wash and slice the apples into thin wedges, then toss with lemon juice.
- In a large bowl, combine milk, Bisquick, eggs, melted butter, sugar, and optional cinnamon. Whisk until smooth.
- Grease a 9-inch pie dish and pour half of the custard batter into it. Layer the apples evenly, then top with the remaining custard.
- Bake for 45–55 minutes until the top is golden and the center is slightly jiggly.
- Let the pie cool for at least 15-20 minutes before slicing.
