Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash 1 cup of cherry tomatoes under cool running water. Halve each tomato and place them in a medium bowl.
  2. Optionally, drizzle the halved tomatoes with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and a pinch of salt. Let them marinate for about 5 minutes.
  3. In a large serving bowl, scoop out 1 cup of cottage cheese, creating a generous base layer.
  4. Carefully place the prepared cherry tomatoes on top of the cottage cheese.
  5. Drizzle another 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the tomatoes and cottage cheese. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning.
  6. Chop a handful of fresh herbs and sprinkle them over the dish.
  7. For an extra layer of creaminess, thinly slice half an avocado and arrange the pieces on top. Optionally, add a few red pepper flakes.
  8. Serve immediately for the best flavor and texture.
