  • 1 box (0.6 oz) sugar-free Jello
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt for vegan option
  • 1 scoop protein powder vanilla recommended

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by boiling 1 cup of water in a medium saucepan. Once boiling, remove from heat and stir in the sugar-free Jello powder until completely dissolved, about 3-5 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add Greek yogurt and protein powder to the dissolved Jello mixture. Blend thoroughly until smooth and creamy, approximately 2-3 minutes.
  3. Carefully pour the Protein Jello mixture into individual serving cups or a large dish, filling them about ¾ full.
  4. Place the filled cups or dish in the refrigerator and let them chill for 4-6 hours, or until fully set.
  5. Once set, remove from the refrigerator and top with sugar-free whipped cream if desired, then serve chilled.
