- Start by boiling 1 cup of water in a medium saucepan. Once boiling, remove from heat and stir in the sugar-free Jello powder until completely dissolved, about 3-5 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, add Greek yogurt and protein powder to the dissolved Jello mixture. Blend thoroughly until smooth and creamy, approximately 2-3 minutes.
- Carefully pour the Protein Jello mixture into individual serving cups or a large dish, filling them about ¾ full.
- Place the filled cups or dish in the refrigerator and let them chill for 4-6 hours, or until fully set.
- Once set, remove from the refrigerator and top with sugar-free whipped cream if desired, then serve chilled.
