Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. Slice steak into strips and season with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear steak for 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Pour in beef broth, deglaze the skillet, and simmer for about 2 minutes.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and parmesan cheese, cooking for 3-4 minutes until sauce thickens.
  6. Fold cooked pasta into the sauce, adjusting thickness with reserved pasta water if needed. Add steak and mix well.
  7. Plate and garnish with parsley and extra parmesan before serving.
