  • 1/2 cup Mayo (or Light Mayo)
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Thai Chili Sauce

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by patting the jumbo shrimp dry with a paper towel and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour or cornstarch with salt and pepper; in another bowl, beat an egg.
  3. Dip each shrimp into the egg wash, then coat thoroughly in the flour mixture.
  4. Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil spray and arrange the shrimp in a single layer, lightly spray again.
  5. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for about 10-12 minutes until golden brown, shaking the basket halfway.
  6. While shrimp cook, whisk mayo, sweet Thai chili sauce, and Sriracha for the sauce; set aside.
  7. Once cooked, transfer shrimp to a bowl, pour sauce over and toss until evenly coated; serve immediately.
