  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Regular or gluten-free
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Fresh garlic can be used if preferred
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Adjust according to spice preference

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Press the tofu for about 15 minutes and slice it into 1-inch wide strips.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together honey and mustard till smooth.
  4. Dip each tofu strip in the honey mustard sauce, then roll in the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment and arrange the tofu strips in a single layer. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway.
  6. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving with extra honey mustard for dipping.
