- Press the tofu for about 15 minutes and slice it into 1-inch wide strips.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together honey and mustard till smooth.
- Dip each tofu strip in the honey mustard sauce, then roll in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment and arrange the tofu strips in a single layer. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving with extra honey mustard for dipping.
