- In a small mixing bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of softened butter with 2 cloves of finely minced garlic. Blend them together thoroughly until they create a smooth, creamy mixture.
- Take a large flour tortilla and lay it flat on a clean surface. Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over one side of the tortilla.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the tortilla, butter-side up, into the air fryer basket. Cook for about 5 minutes until golden-brown and crispy.
- Remove the tortilla from the air fryer and allow it to cool for 1-2 minutes. Slice it into wedges or strips.
