Preparation Steps
- Wash cucumbers under cold water and slice them into thin rounds or sticks.
- In a separate bowl, combine peanut sauce, rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey or maple syrup, and sriracha. Whisk until smooth.
- Pour the spicy peanut sauce over the sliced cucumbers and toss gently to coat.
