  • 1/4 cup Cajun Seasoning

  • 8 cloves Garlic minced
Broth
  • 4 quarts Water

Cooking Instructions
  1. In a large pot, combine 4 quarts of water, 1/4 cup of Cajun seasoning, and 2 beers. Bring to a rolling boil for 5 minutes.
  2. Add halved red potatoes and corn on the cob to the boiling broth; cook for 10-15 minutes until tender.
  3. Introduce the shrimp, crab clusters, sliced sausage, and hard-boiled eggs. Cook for 5-7 minutes until shrimp turn pink.
  4. In a skillet, melt 1 cup of unsalted butter; add 8 cloves of minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Drain the seafood boil and transfer to a platter; drizzle with garlic butter sauce and serve.
