Steps
- In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, poultry seasoning, chopped chives, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until smooth and creamy.
- Take two slices of nutty bread and spread a layer of the herbed mayo on one side of each slice.
- Layer one slice of bread with green leaf lettuce, followed by thick slices of turkey and a dollop of cranberry sauce.
- Place the second slice of bread mayo-side down on top and press gently.
- Cut the sandwich in half diagonally and serve immediately.
