- Preheat your oven to 500°F (260°C) and prepare your baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium skillet, melt the butter over medium heat with the garlic and red pepper flakes.
- Add the shrimp and cook for about 2 minutes on each side until pink and opaque; stir in lemon juice.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a 14-inch round, about ¼ inch thick.
- Spread the shrimp and garlic butter mixture evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese generously over the shrimp mixture.
