  • 3 tablespoons Water For 6oz ramekins
  • 1 spray Cooking Spray Olive oil or avocado oil spray as substitutes
For Flavoring
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Chives Optional, can substitute with parsley or garlic

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by generously spraying your 6oz ramekins with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  2. Pour about 3 tablespoons of water into each ramekin.
  3. Set your air fryer to preheat at 400°F for about 7 minutes.
  4. Carefully remove the ramekins from the air fryer and crack one egg into each ramekin.
  5. Lower the air fryer temperature to 360°F and cook the eggs for about 4-5 minutes.
  6. Using a silicone spatula, gently loosen the edges of the poached eggs from the ramekins and drain on a paper towel.
