- Begin by generously spraying your 6oz ramekins with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Pour about 3 tablespoons of water into each ramekin.
- Set your air fryer to preheat at 400°F for about 7 minutes.
- Carefully remove the ramekins from the air fryer and crack one egg into each ramekin.
- Lower the air fryer temperature to 360°F and cook the eggs for about 4-5 minutes.
- Using a silicone spatula, gently loosen the edges of the poached eggs from the ramekins and drain on a paper towel.
