  1. Begin by creaming butter and honey until fluffy, then mix in molasses, flour, and salt. Combine spices, orange zest, and vanilla to form a soft dough.
  2. Shape the dough into a log or press into a mold, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Slice the chilled dough into ½ inch thick rounds and bake for 12-14 minutes.
  4. Prepare the glaze by mixing icing sugar with orange juice and Cointreau until smooth. Drizzle over baked cookies.
  5. Return glazed cookies to the oven for 3-5 minutes to set the glaze. Let cool completely on a wire rack.
