Preparation Steps
  1. Mix the basic cookie dough for your Easter Cookie Boxes. Divide the dough into parts for each cookie type and add vibrant yellow food coloring for the Chick Cookies. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper. Bake the Chick Cookies for 10-12 minutes until golden. Bake Mini Crinkle Cookies similarly, and Carrot Cake Cookies for 12-15 minutes.
  3. Once baked, cool the cookies on wire racks. Decorate Sheep Cookies with buttercream frosting using a piping bag. Pipe shapes on Carrot Meringues and bake until dry for around 90 minutes at 200°F (93°C).
  4. Prepare the filling for Sugar Cookie Sandwiches with cream cheese buttercream. Once cooled, spread a layer of filling on one cookie and top with another.
