Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and spray a 13x18 inch sheet pan with nonstick cooking spray.

  3. Pour in milk, add eggs, melted butter, and vanilla; whisk until combined, leaving some lumps.
  4. Carefully fold in half of the mixed berries with a spatula.
  5. Spread the batter evenly across the prepared sheet pan.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining berries over the top of the batter.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-16 minutes or until golden-brown.
