Preparing the Brownies
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8x8 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs until pale, then mix in melted butter and vanilla, followed by sugar.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips into the batter.
- Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the edges are firm and the center is slightly set.
- Allow to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack before slicing.
