Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a large baking dish by greasing it.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
  3. Add diced onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms; sauté for 4-5 minutes until tender.
  4. Stir in tomato sauce, ketchup, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, mustard, and onion powder; cook for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Spread the beef mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
