  • 2 tablespoons Roux flour and butter mixture
  • to taste Seasonings (salt, pepper, cayenne pepper) adjust according to your preference
  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions for garnish

Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Gradually whisk in chicken stock, bringing to a gentle simmer for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Stir in crab meat and corn, cooking for an additional 10 minutes.
  5. Pour in cream and season with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
