Step-by-Step Instructions for Ground Beef and Potatoes
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add 1 large sliced onion and sauté for 5–7 minutes until golden and soft.
- Stir in 3 minced garlic cloves and 1 tablespoon of freshly grated ginger. Cook for 1–2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Add 1 pound of ground beef and cook for 6–8 minutes until browned.
