For the Vegetables
  • 120 g Red Pepper
  • 120 g Zucchini
  • 100 g Carrot
  • 150 g White Cabbage
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Ginger Grated.
  • 4-5 Spring Onions Sliced.
For Cooking
  • Cooking Oil Spray For frying the chicken and veggies.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the Noodles: Boil salted water, add dried egg noodles, cook until al dente (6-8 minutes), drain, and rinse under cold water.
  2. Prepare the Sauce: Whisk together Hoisin sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, rice vinegar, and water in a medium bowl.
  3. Cook the Chicken: Heat a large pan, spray with oil, add sliced chicken, season with salt and pepper, cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  4. Stir-Fry the Vegetables: Add red pepper, zucchini, carrot, and cabbage in the same pan, stir-fry on medium-high for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Combine Ingredients: Return the chicken to the pan, add noodles and sauce, stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until well coated.
  6. Garnish and Serve: Remove from heat, transfer to a serving platter, and garnish with spring onions.
