Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine brownie mix, eggs, and vegetable oil. Stir gently until just combined.
  3. In another bowl, cream together flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Fold in half of the chocolate chips.
  4. Take a tablespoon of brownie batter, flatten it, scoop a tablespoon of cookie dough in the center, encase it, and roll it into a ball.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 18 minutes until edges are set but centers are soft.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool on a wire rack for at least 10 minutes before serving.
