Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cold cream cheese, crab meat, chopped green onions, garlic powder, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
  2. Open the refrigerated biscuit dough and separate it into rounds. Flatten each round to about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Take a tablespoon of the crab filling and place it in the center of each flattened dough round. Fold the edges over and pinch to seal tightly.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet to 350°F (175°C) for frying, or preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) for baking.
  5. Carefully place the bombs into the hot oil and fry for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown. Bake for 10–12 minutes if using the oven.
  6. Use a slotted spoon to transfer the bombs to a paper towel-lined plate. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
