- In a mixing bowl, combine cold cream cheese, crab meat, chopped green onions, garlic powder, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
- Open the refrigerated biscuit dough and separate it into rounds. Flatten each round to about 1/4 inch thick.
- Take a tablespoon of the crab filling and place it in the center of each flattened dough round. Fold the edges over and pinch to seal tightly.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet to 350°F (175°C) for frying, or preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) for baking.
- Carefully place the bombs into the hot oil and fry for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown. Bake for 10–12 minutes if using the oven.
- Use a slotted spoon to transfer the bombs to a paper towel-lined plate. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
