- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather your ingredients while the oven heats up.
- Lightly coat a 9×6 or 9×11 baking dish with cooking spray.
- Tear your croissants in half and layer them cut-side up in the baking dish.
- Cut your ham into thirds and distribute it evenly over the croissant layers. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, half and half (or milk), Dijon mustard, and a pinch of salt. Pour this mixture evenly over the layers.
