- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a large baking sheet with olive oil or non-stick spray.
- Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly and slice them into evenly-sized wedges, about 4-6 per potato.
- Drizzle the potato wedges with olive oil, then sprinkle garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper over them. Toss to coat evenly.
- Spread the seasoned potato wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 30 minutes, flipping the wedges halfway for even browning.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the hot wedges and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to melt.
