Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9 x 13 baking pan with nonstick spray.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half, keeping the tops and bottoms attached, and place the bottoms in the baking pan.
- Lay the provolone cheese evenly over the bottom halves of the rolls.
- Combine the shredded chicken with hot honey sauce until well coated, then layer it over the cheese.
- Remove the tops of the rolls and bake uncovered for 15 minutes.
- After baking, place the tops over the chicken mixture and brush with a mixture of melted butter and seasonings.
- Bake again for 15-20 minutes until tops are golden and crispy.
- Prepare coleslaw and add it to the sliders just before serving.
