- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes until al dente. Reserve one cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter until bubbly. Add diced chicken seasoned with salt and pepper and cook for 6 to 8 minutes until golden-brown and cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet.
