- Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add rotini pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water. Allow to cool.
- In a bowl with the cooled pasta, add pepperoni, salami, and ham. Toss gently to combine.
- Add the shredded lettuce, red onions, banana peppers, black olives, and tomatoes. Stir gently to combine.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, olive oil, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture. Toss gently until all ingredients are coated.
- Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 30 minutes.
- After chilling, toss again and serve cold, garnished as desired.
