Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add rotini pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water. Allow to cool.
  2. In a bowl with the cooled pasta, add pepperoni, salami, and ham. Toss gently to combine.
  3. Add the shredded lettuce, red onions, banana peppers, black olives, and tomatoes. Stir gently to combine.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, olive oil, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  5. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture. Toss gently until all ingredients are coated.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 30 minutes.
  7. After chilling, toss again and serve cold, garnished as desired.
