  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice fresh is best
  • 1 clove Minced Garlic adjust according to taste

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, fresh parsley, ground cumin, ground coriander, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Gently knead the mixture with clean hands for about 1-2 minutes to ensure a uniform texture.
  3. Shape the mixture into oval-shaped koftas, about 10-12 pieces, and place them on a plate.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
  5. Grill the kofta for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix the plain yogurt with fresh lemon juice and a pinch of salt. Stir in minced garlic.
