  • 2 cups strawberries fresh, sliced

For the Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup for vegan option
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice freshly squeezed

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Wash and dry the strawberries, hull them and slice into halves or quarters.
  2. Cut the watermelon into quarters, remove the rind and chop into bite-sized cubes.
  3. In a bowl, combine honey and lime juice, whisk until smooth.
  4. In a large bowl, combine watermelon and strawberries, mix gently.
  5. Pour dressing over the fruit and fold gently to coat.
  6. Cover and chill for at least 20 minutes before serving.
