  • 4 large Eggs room temperature
  • 1/2 cup Whole or 2% Milk adjust to preference
For the Glaze
  • 2 cups Powdered Sugar sifted
  • 3-4 tablespoons Milk add gradually
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Zest for enhanced flavor

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare two greased loaf pans.

  7. Whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and lime zest to prepare the glaze.
