  • 4 pieces Chicken Thighs skin-on, bone-in preferred

Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together fresh lemon juice, olive oil, smoked paprika, crushed garlic, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Take your chicken thighs and place them in a shallow dish or a zip-top bag, ensuring they are spread out. Pour the prepared marinade over the chicken.
  3. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  4. After marinating, remove the chicken thighs from the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
  5. Transfer the chicken to the prepared baking sheet, placing them skin-side up.
  6. Slide the baking sheet into the preheated oven and roast the chicken for 35-40 minutes.
  7. Once the chicken is roasted, remove it from the oven and let it rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
