- Take your chicken thighs and place them in a shallow dish or a zip-top bag, ensuring they are spread out. Pour the prepared marinade over the chicken.
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- After marinating, remove the chicken thighs from the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
- Transfer the chicken to the prepared baking sheet, placing them skin-side up.
- Slide the baking sheet into the preheated oven and roast the chicken for 35-40 minutes.
- Once the chicken is roasted, remove it from the oven and let it rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
