Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat a skillet or non-stick frying pan over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of butter to the hot pan and melt it, then place one slice of bread in the pan, coating it with butter.
  3. Spread a thin layer of spinach pesto over the bread slice in the pan.
  4. Tear the burrata cheese into pieces and distribute it over the pesto-covered bread.
  5. Top with the second slice of bread and press down lightly. Grill for about 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Flip the sandwich carefully and grill the other side for another 3 to 4 minutes until golden.
  7. Remove from pan, allow to cool for a minute, then slice in half and serve immediately.
