Step-by-Step Instructions for Delicious Crab Stuffed Shrimp
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your baking tray with parchment paper or grease it.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, smoked paprika, Old Bay seasoning, and pepper. Toss the shrimp until well-coated.
  3. In another bowl, combine crab meat, cooked spinach, artichokes, mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, breadcrumbs, cheese, garlic, dried herbs, and lemon juice/zest. Stir until well mixed.
  4. Stuff each shrimp with the prepared stuffing mixture and arrange on the baking tray.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until shrimp are opaque and stuffing is golden.
  6. While shrimp bake, melt butter in a saucepan, add garlic and dill, stirring for 2-3 minutes.
