Ingredients

Ice Cream Base
  • 1 cup Fairlife 2% Milk Substitute with additional almond milk for a dairy-free option.
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk No substitution needed if maintaining dairy-free.
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder Any vanilla-flavored protein powder can be used.
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract Consider using other extracts for unique flavor variations.
  • 1 tsp Butter Emulsion Optional but highly recommended for best results.
  • 2 tbl Brown Sugar Granulated sugar or a sugar substitute works too.
  • 1 pkg Sugar Free Vanilla Jello Pudding Mix No direct substitution but can experiment with different flavors.
  • 2 tbl PB Fit Powdered Peanut Butter Regular peanut butter can be used, though with a different texture.
  • 1 pinch Salt No substitution needed.
Mix-Ins
  • 1 cup Edible Cookie Dough A cookie dough protein bar can be an alternative.
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips Feel free to use dark chocolate or sugar-free chocolate chips for a twist.

Equipment

  • Ninja Creami

Method

Preparation Steps
  1. In the Ninja Creami pint container, combine Fairlife 2% milk, unsweetened almond milk, vanilla protein powder, vanilla extract, butter emulsion, brown sugar, sugar-free vanilla Jello pudding mix, PB Fit powdered peanut butter, and a pinch of salt. Use a handheld frother to mix well until smooth, ensuring all ingredients are incorporated evenly, and fill to the max fill line.
  2. Once mixed, securely cover the pint container and place it in the freezer for 24 hours.
  3. After freezing, remove the pint container and run it under hot water for about 60 seconds to loosen the frozen mixture.
  4. Insert the pint container into the Ninja Creami machine and select the 'Lite Ice Cream' button. Allow the machine to process for about 1-2 minutes until the ice cream blends into a creamy consistency.
  5. Once the ice cream is blended, remove the container and gently fold in the edible cookie dough and chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop the Ninja Creami Cookie Dough Protein Ice Cream into bowls immediately for a soft-serve style treat.
