Preparation Steps
- In the Ninja Creami pint container, combine Fairlife 2% milk, unsweetened almond milk, vanilla protein powder, vanilla extract, butter emulsion, brown sugar, sugar-free vanilla Jello pudding mix, PB Fit powdered peanut butter, and a pinch of salt. Use a handheld frother to mix well until smooth, ensuring all ingredients are incorporated evenly, and fill to the max fill line.
- Once mixed, securely cover the pint container and place it in the freezer for 24 hours.
- After freezing, remove the pint container and run it under hot water for about 60 seconds to loosen the frozen mixture.
- Insert the pint container into the Ninja Creami machine and select the 'Lite Ice Cream' button. Allow the machine to process for about 1-2 minutes until the ice cream blends into a creamy consistency.
- Once the ice cream is blended, remove the container and gently fold in the edible cookie dough and chocolate chips.
- Scoop the Ninja Creami Cookie Dough Protein Ice Cream into bowls immediately for a soft-serve style treat.
