Step-by-Step Instructions for Oven-Baked Cheesy Tacos
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and minced garlic, sautéing for 2-3 minutes until the onion is translucent.
  3. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Mix in taco seasoning and tomato sauce, simmering for 5 minutes.
