  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan with melted butter.
  2. Mash 3 ripe bananas until smooth, then stir in 1/2 cup peanut butter, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 cup melted butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 1 beaten egg.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together 1 1/2 cups flour, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet banana mixture, stirring gently to combine.
  5. Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan.
