  • 1 cup Seedless Red Grapes halved
  • ½ cup Dried Cranberries
  • ½ cup Chopped Pecans or walnuts/almonds if preferred
  • 1 cup Celery thinly sliced
For the Dressing
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar or honey/maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juiced

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Wash the Honeycrisp apples thoroughly under cold water, then chop them into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Toss the cubed apples in a bowl with lemon juice to prevent browning.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise and brown sugar, whisking until smooth.
  4. Add the lemon-coated apple cubes, celery, grapes, and pecans into the dressing and gently fold together.
  5. Fold in the dried cranberries until evenly combined.
  6. Cover and chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
