Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Mexican Pizza
  1. In a medium skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for 5-8 minutes, breaking it into smaller pieces as it cooks.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons of taco seasoning, ¼ cup of water, and 4 tablespoons of enchilada sauce to the skillet with the beef. Stir well and let the mixture simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Start assembling your Mexican Pizza by placing one flour tortilla on a clean surface. Spread a layer of refried beans evenly over the tortilla, topped with the seasoned beef mixture and shredded cheese. Carefully top with another tortilla.
  4. Spread 1 tablespoon of enchilada sauce on the second tortilla, followed by more cheese. Repeat layering for all tortillas.
  5. To cook, choose your method: air fryer at 400°F for 5 minutes, oven at 350°F for 8-10 minutes, or pan fry for 4-5 minutes.
  6. Transfer to a plate and garnish with diced tomatoes, red onions, black olives, sour cream, and green onions.
