- Begin by warming 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add 1 pound of ground beef to the hot skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned.
- Introduce 1 finely chopped onion, 3 minced garlic cloves, and 1 tablespoon of grated fresh ginger to the skillet. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in 4 cups of pre-shredded green cabbage and cook for 4-5 minutes until slightly softened.
- In a small bowl, combine 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, and 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar. Pour over the stir-fry.
