- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a bowl, whisk together egg, flour, sugar, salt, lemon juice, and almond extract until smooth, then add the cream cheese and whisk until creamy.
- Unfold and roll out the puff pastry on parchment. Cut into two rectangles (5x10 inches), scoring a border ½ inch from the edges.
- Brush edges with milk and bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from oven, create indentations, fill with cream cheese mixture and add raspberry jam.
- Return to the oven and bake for another 15 minutes until golden.
- Allow to cool, whisk together confectioner's sugar and water for glaze, drizzle over pastries, and top with sliced almonds.
