Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine gluten-free flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the plain unsweetened Greek yogurt to the dry mix and combine until a sticky dough forms.
  4. Divide the dough into 10 equal pieces, each about 30g, and roll into balls.
  5. Flatten each dough ball, place 1 teaspoon of cream cheese in the center, and seal the edges.
  6. Brush each bagel bite with an egg wash or a light oil.
  7. Generously sprinkle Everything But The Bagel seasoning on top.
  8. Air fry the bagel bites for 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let them cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
