- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine gluten-free flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the plain unsweetened Greek yogurt to the dry mix and combine until a sticky dough forms.
- Divide the dough into 10 equal pieces, each about 30g, and roll into balls.
- Flatten each dough ball, place 1 teaspoon of cream cheese in the center, and seal the edges.
- Brush each bagel bite with an egg wash or a light oil.
- Generously sprinkle Everything But The Bagel seasoning on top.
- Air fry the bagel bites for 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
- Let them cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
