  • 2 cups Whole Milk use dairy-free milk for lactose-free option
  • 12 oz Canadian Bacon or turkey bacon/ham
  • 4 pieces English Muffins day-old sourdough is also great
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder substitutable with fresh onion
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika for topping
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley for garnish, can swap with chives
For the Hollandaise
  • 1 cup Hollandaise Sauce homemade or quality store-bought

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray.
  3. Layer half of the diced Canadian bacon followed by half of the English muffin pieces. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
  4. Whisk together eggs, whole milk, onion powder, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
  5. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the layered ingredients in the baking dish.
  6. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  7. Remove wrap, sprinkle paprika on top, and bake for 35 to 40 minutes until set and golden brown.
  8. Prepare hollandaise sauce according to instructions.
  9. Let cool, slice, and serve topped with hollandaise and fresh parsley.
